Boulevard City is a permanent, year-round entertainment district in the Hittin district of Riyadh. It is open daily from 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM, and entry has been free since its 2023 revamp.
For Riyadh Season 2026, the Abu Bakr Salem Stage opened at Boulevard City on Thursday 22 October 2026. Attractions and dining across the district reopen on Saturday 24 October 2026, and Wonder Garden relocates inside Boulevard City from Wednesday 18 November 2026.

Innovation
Boulevard City has continued to change since its 2023 revamp, when entry became free. The latest change for Riyadh Season 2026 is the arrival of Wonder Garden, which relocates inside the district from Wednesday 18 November 2026.
