Boulevard World Opening Moves to Friday 30 October

Boulevard World will open to visitors on Friday 30 October 2026, not Sunday 25 October as previously listed. Riyadh Season announced the 30 October opening on 24 October, when Boulevard World tickets went on sale through WeBook, listed from SAR 30. Do not travel on 25 October expecting the gates to be open.

What changed, and when
Until 24 October, Boulevard World was listed for a Sunday 25 October opening, the date carried in the season guide coverage and on this site. That evening, Riyadh Season released Boulevard World tickets through WeBook ahead of a public opening on Friday 30 October, and the official Riyadh Season account posted the same date. Ajel English reported the ticket release and the 30 October launch on 24 October.
The move explains why WeBook had no live 2026 Boulevard World listing on the morning of 24 October, one day before the supposed opening. Tickets appeared only once Riyadh Season announced the revised date.
What WeBook shows now
WeBook now lists Boulevard World entry tickets, with entry shown from SAR 30 per person. Children under five enter free, and entry is by pre-booked mobile ticket bought before you travel. One discrepancy is worth stating plainly: WeBook’s zone page still shows a date range starting 25 October, while Riyadh Season’s own announcement gives the public opening as Friday 30 October. Travel on the announcement date, not the listing window, and check your ticket date on WeBook before you go.
The public listing shows a single from price, with no weekday and weekend split displayed, so confirm the price for your date at booking.
What opens on 30 October
Boulevard World opens with four new country pavilions for the 2026 season: the Netherlands, Portugal, Uzbekistan and Yemen, the last built as Bab Al Yemen in the mud-brick style of the old city of Sanaa. They join the returning pavilions from recent seasons, including South Korea, Indonesia and Kuwait, around the BLVD Lagoon in Hittin, next door to Boulevard City.
The zone returns with more than 40 rides and attractions and more than 350 food outlets, including Amazonia Awakens, the cable car over the park and lagoon, the BLVD Pier games area, and boat and water-taxi crossings on the lagoon. Allow three to five hours inside. The park covers about one million square metres, so wear comfortable shoes, and take a layer for cold evenings from November to February.
Getting there on opening day
Boulevard World sits in Hittin in northern Riyadh, next door to Boulevard City. Take the Riyadh Metro to King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) station in Al Aqiq, then a short taxi ride or a seasonal shuttle to the gates. Arrive near the 4:00 PM opening, keep your WeBook ticket open on your phone before the gate, and pick a meeting point in advance.
For visitors flying in, King Khalid International Airport resumed operations on Sunday 25 October 2026, with Terminal 1 handling domestic flights and Terminal 2 handling international flights operated by national carriers. Check your booking with your airline before travelling.

Do not go to the gates on 25 October. The zone is not open to visitors that day. Rebook for 30 October or later, and buy only through WeBook, never from third-party pages claiming early entry tickets.
